BITs were formed with a spiritual intent towards society for transcending younger generations with vast knowledge of the older generation with hidden innovation and talent that was forgotten/ignored with time and circumstances. The exposure, experience and excellence from these peers need to be propagated for the next generation (students) to make society more poised towards making VIKASIT BHARAT.

A panel of experienced team that includes Academidia to Industry members have joined hands to organize meaningful/useful activities that gain a progressive momentum within society by collaborating with experts and students. Each member having an experience ranging from 30 – 60 years, are enthusiastic towards nation building events and activities.

BITs welcomes retired/experienced working people in the industry/academia to train young students with technological insights and innovative evolutions. Later, students are encouraged to create innovative products, ideas, and opportunities for society with experience gained while working with peers. This activity continues all around the nation and at a later stage will be extended on various global platforms. Finally, the first ever event is to be hosted to invite new innovations in Indian/Global markets towards Igniting Innovation.
